I'm a girl who loves her gold. I am also a girl with a very cluttered apartment right now. Luckily warm weather seems to bring motivation with it and I'm ready to Spring clean. I am also ready to start decorating again. I always decorate it spurts which leaves my place unfinished. The first thing I want to complete is a designated office area. I have started but need to add a few things before it really feels done. Office accessories are the best way to bring it all together. As much as I love color, nothing feels fresher or cleaner than a white office with gold office supplies. First, I will start with this desk. It's hard not to pull the trigger. It is a dead ringer for the Westelm Parsons Desk but for 1/4 of the price.

I've been on the hunt for the perfect plaid wool blazer for the last few years. I can never find one that I like and on the rare occasion that I do, it's always sold out. I found this blazer at Gap recently and I love the red accents. I wore it this day with a tee and cords but I've also worn it to work over a work dress and with navy and black trousers. You know how I love pieces that can work double duty. 

On another note, aren't these vintage earrings amazing? They look like two earrings on each ear. I'm not sure what colors I want to paint these yet. Look out for them in the store when I finally decide.

TWINKLE, TWINKLE

This week started off kind of rough for me. You ever have one of those weeks where you just felt shoved into Monday and things just weren't flowing? Yeah, that was yesterday for me. The thought of the impending holidays has served as my motivation for the next few weeks. Nothing makes me feel in the spirit more than a little sparkle...

Taking my mom and aunt to see Sparkle this weekend. This pictures have me super excited! I just love the glitz and glamour in movies like this. Of course the fashion is always amazing. Are any of you planning to see it? 

KNICKERS

Ever since Paris Fashion Week a few weeks ago, I cannot get this outfit out of my head. I love the coat but I must say my favorite part of this outfit is the knickers/shorts. I've been seeing knickers on a few sites and I always like them but never thought anyone would wear them outside and look this stylish!
