Other than gray, nude is my favorite neutral. I love how chic the color looks and how well it pairs with every other color. I especially love neon and nude together.

Just when I talked about being ready for spring (here), it snows. Our recent streak of really cold weather makes me feel much better about picking up some sweaters that were on sale recently. Years ago I was hesitant to buy things at end of season sales because I don't know how long I'll get to wear it. Now I realize that end of season sales are the perfect time to stock up on pieces you'll wear for years to come.

I would have never thought I would ever purchase a leather mini skirt in a million years. A few months ago I found this skirt at BCBG and didn't buy it because I wasn't quite sure about it. Have you ever left something at the store only to dream about it every night? Well, that's what happened to me. A few days later I saw it again and scooped it up! I love the neutral, light gray color and the slightly flared silhouette. I think I'll be wearing this well into fall.
