COLORFULLY CHIC: ICE BLUE

On this installment of Colorfully Chic, I decided to post about a color that I'm starting to see pop up everywhere. If I could my least favorite color, I would pick light blue. I've never really liked the color and used to find it very boring. Now with pastels ruling this upcoming Spring, I'm started to see a lot of pieces in the gorgeous color. Now I love how opulent and fresh the color looks. I've found some pretty, powder blue things below:

One thing that has been catching my eye lately is all the navy leather items I've been seeing around. I have always been a fan of navy but never really considered how great the color looks on a great structured bag or moto jacket. It offers a great, subtle departure from traditional black. I'm really liking that Gap tote. It would make a great work bag.

Alexander Wang Diego Bucket Bag in "Citrus Yellow"

I want a new bag for the Spring/Summer. I'm looking for a bright color and fun details. This Alexander Wang Diego Bucket Bag has those elements. It has this beautiful, fun yellow color and the studded bottom that made their Rocco Bag so popular. Bucket bags are making a comeback this season. J.Crew's Tillary Bucket Bag is a more affordable option sans the studs (boo). It came in an awesome "Moroccan Yellow" leather but it has sold out twice even while on back order. Hears to hoping J.Crew replenishes their stock and/or a lot of people return it. A girl can dream.
