COLORFULLY CHIC: EMERALD

I love the color green. Although I don't own much green clothing, the few pieces I do own are in my favorite shade of green, emerald. The color is gorgeous and looks great on every skin tone. I love to see a redhead in the hue. I've selected some of my favorite emerald finds below:

One thing that has been catching my eye lately is all the navy leather items I've been seeing around. I have always been a fan of navy but never really considered how great the color looks on a great structured bag or moto jacket. It offers a great, subtle departure from traditional black. I'm really liking that Gap tote. It would make a great work bag.

When I was growing up, the weeks leading up to school were always my favorite. Back to School was so exciting for me. It might have to do with my love of office supplies. Now that I'm an adult and there is no more school, I still feel so giddy when I see commercials on TV advertising backpacks and notebooks. 

If I was going back to school, I would want all the above.

Help! I need a new iPhone case. I am currently using the case I purchase even before I owned my phone. I loved the white snakeskin. I thought it was super chic but now it is showing signs of where. I mean I have been using it for almost a year (gasp!). Now I have been searching for my next case but I can't decide. I would normally not splurge on an accessory such as this but seeing as I have used my current case for a long time, I don't mind spending a little more.
