BTS = behind the scenes. I found this exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of Essence magazine's "Fashionista" photo shoot. The shoot will be in the September 2011 issue and features 6 women of color who are doing big things in the fashion industry. I'll be scooping this issue up as soon as it hits stands b/c I'm loving this exclusive! What do you think? Will you page turning too?
